  • Means Testing

    Once we have received all required documentation, we will perform the means test in order to establish which form of bankruptcy fits your situation.

  • Filing Bankruptcy

    Once it has been established that you are eligible to file for bankruptcy, we will file electronically. Creditor actions, garnishments, repossessions, and foreclosure sales will immediately stop.

  • 341 Meeting of the Creditors

    After filing for bankruptcy, the U.S. Trustee's office will notify us of a date for a 341 Meeting. Under oath, you will confirm that you have read and agreed to your Petition as well as listed all Creditors and Assets.

  • Discharge Order

    Between 45 and 60 days after your 341 Meeting, you will receive your Discharge Order, evidencing that you have been released from any further liability on your discharged debts scheduled in your bankruptcy.
